Charleston, South Carolina builder Scout Boats announced that they will be building a new flagship, the 670 LX. The 66-foot, 9-inch boat will become of the largest outboard-powered fishing yachts coming onto the market. It will be available in three models: the 670 LXF (Luxury Fish Model), 670 LXS (Luxury Sport Model), and 670 LXC (Luxury Cruiser Model) and a center entertainment area plus three staterooms The Fish model will come with a flybridge and the Cruiser model will have steering placed further forward.

Each model will be powered by five Mercury V-12 600-hp engines and have a 500-mile range. Scout says top speed will be 52 knots and that she’ll cruise comfortably around 35 knots. The first hull is expected to make its debut at the 2024 Miami International Boat Show.
