Aquila Yacht’s newest vessel, a 42-foot power catamaran, is spacious and offers plenty of options.
A 21-foot beam with aft cockpit seating and a large foredeck for sunbathing leaves ample space for entertaining. The bridge has large windows for a full view of the water while cruising. There is a table that seats six, the salon is filled with natural light, and it has a separate, fully equipped galley to feed the whole crew.
The interior of the 42 is customizable to the needs of the owner. Choices include a two-, three- or four-cabin layout with two or three heads depending on the cabin layout. Standard power comes from twin D4 230-hp Volvo Penta engines, and owners have the option to choose twin D4 300-hp Volva Penta engines. The 42 will be at this week’s Miami International Boat Show.
