Since 1970, the Annapolis Boat Show has been a staple of the boat show season. It began as a sailboat show, but nowadays the powerboat and sailboat shows are held separately on consecutive fall weekends. This year’s Powerboat lineup boasts 360 models from a range of builders. Annapolis will be the debut for a number of builders and models.

2024 Sportsman Open 252 CC
This family-friendly center console offers both cruising comforts and offshore fishing capabilities. The 252 CC is a trailerable boat, making it attractive for those who don’t have access to a dock space or mooring. The 252 comes with a hard top that includes lights, speakers and rod holders. It can be equipped with single or twin engines.

AluminusRay
Using 5083 marine-grade aluminum, AluminusRay builds custom aluminum boats from 17 to 30 feet. AluminusRay designs all of their boats on 3D models before the parts are cut on CNC machines and hand-welded.

Candela C-8
Unlike most powerboats at the show, the Candela C-8 glides over the water by combining electric propulsion with hydrofoiling technology. The C-8 uses a 69-kWh battery pack, allowing the vessel to claim the longest range for an electric boat. The C-8 comes as a center console or a day cruiser.

Contender 26BAY
The 26BAY from Contender builds off their 25BAY with an integrated transom bustle and loads of fishing features. The 26BAY offers plenty of stowage and seating for anglers and dayboaters alike. It can be powered by as much as 400 horsepower.

Regal LS9
Regal Boats brings their newest design, the LS9, to Annapolis. This dayboat is made for entertaining friends and family without sacrificing the comforts of home. Owners will be able to choose one of six power packages from Volvo or Mercury Mercruiser.
