The 57th annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, which will be held Nov. 3-7, said it will offer guests the option of enhancing their visit with the VIP Experience at the Windward Club.

Located at the show’s Hall of Fame Marina location, adjacent to many of the show’s largest yachts and an impressive display of exotic automobiles, the private club will provide guests with exquisite food and specialty drinks from The Grateful Palate, all set in an artfully designed, air-conditioned space with comfortable seating and entertainment.

“The VIP Experience was such a success at last year’s show that we chose to repeat it with thoughtful improvements, based on feedback from attendees,” Brett Keating, vice president of consumer marketing for Show Management, the event’s producer, said in a statement.

“We’ve elevated the catering, brought in a few remarkable partners and added an extra day to the schedule, delivering a heightened experience at an even better price point.”

Organizers said one of the Windward Club’s most attractive benefits is the dedicated concierge team who work on behalf of VIP pass-holders to arrange yacht tour appointments. This streamlined service efficiently improves time spent at the show, allowing guests to see everything they came to see.

VIP Experience passes are $100 a day per person and are available for purchase through Show Management’s online ticketing system. Passes must be registered in the name of the person entering the Windward Club and are non-transferable.

VIP Experience passes do not include entry to the boat show. Tickets to the show can be purchased separately in advance online, or in person at the gate. Valet parking is available at the show’s Las Olas Marina location, 201 S. Birch Road, for $65 a day, and also can be purchased in advance online.

The Windward Club will be open from Nov. 3 through Nov. 6 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. To purchase VIP Experience tickets and for more information, visit http://vip.flibs.com.

The boat show will take place at the Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach Hotel & Yachting Center; Hall of Fame Marina; Las Olas Municipal Marina; Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina; Sails Marina; Hyatt Regency Pier 66 Marina; and the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center.

FLIBS covers seven locations with nearly 1,500 boats displayed across more than 3 million square feet of exhibit space. Other attractions include on-the-water boat-handling classes from Carefree Boat Club, the IGFA School of Sportfishing, the Blue Wild dive and marine art show and Hook The Future kids’ fishing clinics.

The show is owned and presented by the Marine Industries Association of South Florida, managed and produced by Show Management, and sponsored by Audi, Bank of America, Gosling’s, International Gamefish Association, Smallwood’s Yachtwear, and Taitra/Taiwan Excellence.
