Furuno announced that it launched a user forum on its website.
On the home page, users will find a link to the new Furuno Forum. It’s a place to find product categories, post questions or comments, make new product suggestions, post photos of your boat and get the latest news.
“Through this new, exciting forum and other innovative Web tools, Furuno shows it takes customer service and customer satisfaction seriously,” the company said in a statement.
