Invictus Yacht said its flagship 370 GT will debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September.
The Italian shipyard said the 370 GT has a distinctive reverse bow, a retractable lateral terrace and a submersible gangway.
The 37-foot yacht has a maximum beam of 11.5 feet. There are two propulsion options: two 300-hp diesel Volvo Penta D4 engines or two 370-hp Mercruiser 4.20 V8 engines, for a top speed of 43 knots.
The builder said the new yacht can carry as many as 12 passengers and will be available in four color schemes.
The GT series includes yachts of different lengths, customizable equipment and accessories and propulsion options that include inboard-outboard diesel and gasoline engines. The reverse bow is characteristic of the series.
Features include spacious sunbathing areas with soft and refined cushions, a fully equipped external galley and a cabin with a separate bathroom.
Invictus collaborated with Cristian Grande DesignWorks on the GT series.
