If you want to own one of Jimmy Buffett’s boats, here’s your chance.
Last Mango II, now known as Blue Eyes II, is a 42-foot Rybovich Spencer Express Walkaround that was built for Jimmy Buffett, and she is for sale for $999,999.
The sportfishing yacht was built in 2003 and after she was built, the singer had the mold destroyed so she would remain one-of-a-kind.
Buffett made countless trips throughout the Florida Keys, Bahamas, and up to the Hudson Canyon fishing with friends, putting nearly 5,000 hours on the twin 670-hp Cummins QSM11 diesel inboards. The engines have since been re-manufactured and the top end speed is now 35 knots, with a cruise speed of 24 knots. The boat was eventually sold to a friend of Buffett’s, which is when she was renamed.
“This is the ultimate opportunity for Jimmy Buffett fans to own something that was a big part of him and his life,” says Staten Island Yachts broker Steve Meesnger, who is listing the boat. “Everyone knows about his love for the ocean, boating, fishing, and the whole lifestyle through his music. I can’t imagine how awesome the feeling would be to crank up ‘Volcano’, with a cold drink in my hand, slow trolling in the Bahamas!”
