Ocean Gate Yacht Basin, a family owned and operated marina established in 1958 in Bayville, N.J., announced plans to hold its first annual Flea Market & Boat Show on their grounds from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 19, with a rain date planned for May 20. Admission donations of $1 per visitor are being accepted to raise money for participation in the Susan G. Komen 60-mile breast cancer fundraising and awareness event.
Area boaters and fisherman will be able to find items at bargain prices just in time to commission their boats for the upcoming season. Regional marine vendors will be on hand displaying new boat models and offering information about services and deals only available during the event.
