South Carolina’s Safe Harbor Charleston City marina has completed its concrete “Mega Dock” project, which makes the former mega dock look small. The decade-long project cost between $30 and $40 million to complete.

“It is one of the largest floating concrete fuel docks in the world,” says David Isom, general manager of Safe Harbor Charleston City. Whereas the old dock could only accommodate one superyacht at a time, the new one can accommodate five superyachts or up to 30 smaller vessels.
