A family’s relaxing weekend fishing off the Florida Keys turned into a fight for survival when their boat sank, leading to the death of one woman and an amazing story of seven others treading water for 20 hours before being rescued.
One of the seven survivors, a 4-year-old girl, survived by clinging to a water cooler, said Bobby Dube, a public information officer with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
