On Tuesday, a bevy of swans was herded onto a boat on Innen Alster lake in Hamburg, Germany, to ferry them to the warmer, ice-free waters of Lake Muehlenteich in Neubrandenburg.
The move was documented in a photo essay by the European Press Association.
