The Camden Classics Cup, which is set for July 27-29, will open the classic yacht-racing season in Maine.
Presented by Lyman-Morse Boatbuilding and the Camden Yacht Club, the regatta will take place in Penobscot Bay. The format includes two days of Classic Rating Formula, Spirit of Tradition and Performance Handicap Racing Fleet-style racing.
Post-race festivities include a dance party at the Camden Yacht Club on July 29. Drew Lyman, president of Lyman-Morse, will present The Cup of Tiffany sterling silver to the overall winner of the Vintage and Classic classes.

The event will benefit LifeFlight of Maine, which provides emergency transportation services to critical-care patients.
