The skipper of the sunken anti-whaling boat Ady Gil has embarrassed Japanese whalers by boarding their security ship in reprisal for the loss of his boat in the Antarctic.
Pete Bethune, a New Zealander, demanded payment for the loss of the Ady Gil, or Sea Shepherd would begin legal action in Japan, the group said.
