The saltwater crocodile was about 13 feet – a bit longer than their aluminum boat.
But the men said they felt terrified only once – when they were standing knee-deep in mud with the croc lurking only a few yards away.
The father and son were fishing in a small creek when they felt a powerful knock under the boat.
They knew what it was right away.
