A woman who had boat trouble at a Georgia lake ended up in handcuffs.
Dougherty County Police say Misty Martin had boat trouble and called for help.
Once on scene, police discovered she had a warrant out for her arrest.
“She was somebody that we were familiar with that we thought might be wanted, and that turned out to be the case. She had a contempt of court warrant out of Albany and she was taken into custody after being checked out by EMS and not having any medical issues,” Lt. M.J. Wood told WALB News.
