Safety first is being stressed to all boaters who plan to take part in the official Columbus Day Regatta in Biscayne Bay, Fla., or the unofficial party – known for its heavy drinking and nakedness – that takes place near by.
In the past there have been a number of injuries and even a few deaths over the Columbus Day Weekend.
