In a collapsed barn in Western Michigan, there’s a boat appearing about 90 years old that the owner plans to donate to the Grand Haven Coast Guard Auxiliary.

Dale Weist says his father purchased the old Coast Guard boat for $250 back in the 1970’s. The plan was to restore it someday, but instead it sat in a barn for some 40 years.

However, there is a problem: “The roof is quite collapsed,” Weist told WZZM News. “A couple of years ago, the roof collapsed and acted like a lean-to to protect one hidden treasure that has been there for 40 years.”
