Delaware environmental police are investigating the Monday crash that sank a large sportfishing boat and injured a passenger, officials said Wednesday.
The 38-foot boat sank after dark Monday after running into stacked boulders of the north-side jetty of the Indian River Inlet.
The two unidentified men on the boat “were bringing the boat from New Jersey back to Delaware, into the inlet,” but additional details were not released.
