Criminal charges were filed in a Memorial Day boating accident on West Virginia’s Cheat Lake that left 12 people injured.
The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources has charged a Morgantown man in connection with a boating accident on Cheat Lake last month that injured 12 people.
Solomon was operating the boat that crashed into the shore of Cheat Lake, injuring all 11 passengers on board.
