A statement of Thomas Ingram, executive director of the Diving Equipment and Marketing Association, a non-profit trade association representing recreational diving and snorkeling, urges the rejection of a proposed ferry terminal on Bimini Island.
The terminal will threaten the health of local reefs, he said.
