It is supposed to be one of the most exciting tours in Charleston, but last Saturday night passengers aboard the high-speed Thriller tour boat got more than they bargained for.
Just before 8:30 p.m., the power catamaran and a 25-foot Coast Guard vessel crashed into each other in Charleston Harbor.
