Newfoundland commercial fisherman thinks someone “up there” was looking out for him.
The skipper and his crew shipmate Dean Offrey, were motoring aboard their 55-foot seiner along the coast Wednesday, heading south when a storm came up with 40-knot winds and 13-foot seas.
