Hinckley Yachts has released their newest control system, the JetStick 4, an improvement on the JetStick 3. The system is driven by hydraulic cylinders that communicate with a GPS, which the builder says will make boat positioning “super” accurate on the water.

“We call it elegant yacht control,” says Scott Bryant, Hinckley’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “Operation of the joystick is now possible without having to look down and push buttons to change from one mode to another. The smart function is completely intuitive and does it for you. It’s easier than using your tablet or phone.”
The JetStick 4 control system is available on all Hinckley new builds and is accompanied by the next generation in Hamilton waterjets. The new technology boasts a feature called Dock Hold, which keeps the boat against a dock while lines are secured.
For those boating alone, Hinckley recommends the Dock Hold feature to keep a boat in place while securing lines, entertaining guests, or running below deck.
