PittsburghPirates slugger Pedro Alvarez hit a home run over the weekend that flew out of PNC Park and landed in a local man’s boat.
The boat owner, who was eating dinner at a dockside restaurant with his wife and watching the game on TV.
“At first I didn’t know that it went out of the ballpark. I’m looking at it a little longer and I’m like, ‘Wait a second, I think this thing might have cleared the stadium,’ “ Ryan Stachelek told Action News 4. “Then, I notice the camera is just focusing on my boat. I’m like, ‘What’s going on here?’ “
