Soon after Key Biscayne, Fla., insurance magnate Nicolas Estrella’s 85-foot Azimut yacht was found capsized off the Bahamas, a local school teacher says her boyfriend and a boating buddy said they had stolen the boat and sunk it “for the insurance money.”
Now Estrella is in a legal fight to collect a $3 million insurance claim for the loss of his yacht while authorities seek to get to the bottom of who was behind the scuttling.
