A judge gave the owner of a boat run aground near Pineda, Fla., more time to get the vessel back on the water.
During the unnamed storm in October, the 52-foot trawler named Joysea owned by Paul Baumann, 65, was pushed onto the western shore.
“The only reason we were able to get it off the shore was because of the moon and the wind,” Baumann told Florida Today.
