Video filmed on Nov. 15 shows a pilot being taken off the 257-meter shuttle tanker Ingrid Knutsen off St. Ann’s Head, Wales, in 35 knot winds and wave heights of 15 feet.
St. Ann’s Head looks out over the dangerous deepwater shipping channel leading to the Milford Haven waterway and Port of Milford Haven, the United Kingdom’s largest energy port and the biggest port in Wales.
