A Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission report issued Friday gives new details on the capsize of a boat carrying four football players earlier this month. The report attributes the capsize to:
• the fact that the men had anchored from the portside transom eye bracket.
• attempted to throttle forward to release the anchor from the Gulf bottom.
• failure to leave enough slack in the anchor line.
