Australian teenage sailor Jessica Watson plans to begin Sunday what is to be an eight-month round-the-world voyage. The 16-year-old is to leave Sydney Harbor at 9:30 a.m. (Australian time) on her quest to break the record as the youngest person to sail solo around the world.
