Greg Reynolds and his non-profit company called “the Lagoon Keepers” pump out water and insert airbags underneath a boat that sank near the Delray Beach Marina six months ago.
“This is only one of several dozen sunken boats in the Intracoastal Waterway,” says Reynolds.
“The Lagoon Keepers” are dedicated to cleaning up the Intracoastal Waterway. And right now there’s a tug-of-war going on between who was supposed to do the work.
Officer Lee Leblanc with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is a one-man crew in charge looking after abandoned boats on Palm Beach County waterways.
