Salvage crews returned to Portsmouth Friday morning to lift a sunken tugboat from the waters beside the Memorial Bridge construction project.
Two crewmembers escaped injury Wednesday when the Benjamin Bailey became pinned against a barge at the Memorial Bridge construction site and capsized.
