You’ve heard of land vehicles that convert into boats, but how about a sailing yacht that morphs into an airplane?
A 152-foot trimaran concept yacht has four masts that also serve as airplane wings. It was executed by airplane designer Yelken Octuri for three Omani princes, according to GeoBeats News.

As an aircraft, it would have a range of 373 miles. The sails retract, and the masts become wings.
The yacht, which has a beam of about 89 feet, has two decks and is powered by the sails in “boat mode.” Nissen & Brasseur engines with four dual propellers provide the power in the air. Wingspan is nearly 300 feet.
But the concept remains just a concept, so don’t expect to see the real thing anytime soon.
