The technology deployed by the armed forces of the Western world is astounding.

Case in point is a recent test by Britain’s Royal Air Force in which an air-launched Brimstone attack missile is fired at a 40-foot Fast in-Shore Attack Craft powered by twin 350-hp engines.

The Brimstone is capable of hitting moving targets traveling at speeds of as much as 70 mph and can be launched from an aircraft as far as 7 miles away from as high as 20,000 feet.

In the test, the unmanned attack boat is heading toward three “neutral” vessels in an apparent act of aggression. The attack vessel never comes close.
