It seems at times that Russia is a vortex for all things weird. There’s even a website dedicated to that.

With meteorites, UFOs and ultra-aggressive drivers, the country seems to have it all. So why not a little weirdness on the water?
We found this short video of two women riding at the bow of a small powerboat that was running at a good clip along a river.
What they see is puzzling — a tanker truck, apparently intact and partially submerged in the middle of the river. For the record, it’s heading upstream.
From the looks on their faces, the women seem as puzzled as you will be.
