There are plenty of failed-boat-launch videos out there, but here’s one we hadn’t seen before — a quick clip, courtesy of Eastern Europe.
The plan seems to have been to capture a DIY sailboat launch as the keeled 30-something-foot vessel was gently lowered into the water by a construction crane.
