Heading to port in a storm, the dry cargo ship Gulf Rio ran aground and nearly sank last week on the Black Sea.
The vessel — carrying a shipment of soybeans from Ukraine — ran ashore as it was nearing port in the northern Turkey coastal province of Samsun.
