An unusual scene on Grand Rapid, Michigan’s West Side has police asking the public for their take on what may have happened.
A photo taken by an officer of the Grand Rapids Police Department shows a boat lying on its side on a city street. Police posted the photo on their Facebook page, asking the public to caption it appropriately.
The head-scratching scene was found by police on Tuesday, though it isn’t evident from the photo how the boat ended up in the roadway.
